We issue reloadable debit cards to Denver's unhoused. Unhoused beneficiaries and donors alike can choose from preselected initiatives and donated funds may only be used for those initiatives.

1.

We interview card recipients to create profiles that detail their individual situation and needs. We create initiatives around those needs in our app to which donors can contribute. Access to pay for the goods and services specified in the initiative is granted to the recipient's card.

Donors can also issue their own cards, conduct interviews, create profiles, and create initiatives for recipients.

2.

Recipients receive a helpcard with an affixed QR code. Donors (existing app users) and potential donors can scan the QR code and be directed to that person's profile.

Donors can donate money toward the recipient's specific initiatives, or donate toward immediate needs like food and drink, lodging, or gasoline.

The funds are made immediately available at the vendors agreed upon by the donor and recipient. The donor walks away with confidence that their donation was well-spent. The recipient immediately receives the help that they need most.
